Bishop's Falls is a Canadian town in the north-central part of the island of Newfoundland in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The town is located on the Exploits River, near the town of Grand Falls-Windsor and the town of Botwood. The railroad played a major part in the area's history. One of the attractions in town it is a trestle, which is the longest east of Quebec.
