The Air Terminal Building is the original building constructed during the war years. A large hanger, privately owned and in use, was also constructed during the same era. A cairn was erected in 1992 in dedication to the pilots who flew into the Watson Lake Area during the war and re-dediceted, in 2009, to those who died here during the war. A steam engine that was used in the construction of the airport is also on display.
