Glass Artist Jo Ludwig specializes in kiln-formed dichroic glass. He is known for his glittering, magical little vessels, called ToBs (short for "Thing of Beauty"). He operates KilnArt Glass Studio in Crofton, B.C.

This "UFO" is about 5 inches (12.5 cm) in diameter and about 10 inches (25 cm) high. The "Orb and Ring" can move on its "Landing Pad", so it can be set at jaunty angles.
Also, it opens up.
The ones that open up I call "Boxes", "Treasure Boxes" or "Wishing Wells".
