The Canadian town of Saint-Léonard/St. Leonard is located in Madawaska County in the Province of New Brunswick. It is situated on the east bank of the Saint John River opposite Van Buren, Maine, US, to which it is connected via the Saint Leonard-Van Buren Bridge.
The town\'s economy is driven by potato farming and a J.D. Irving Limited sawmill. St-Léonard is officially bilingual but predominantly a Francophone community. Nearby communities include Grand Falls, St-Quentin, and Edmundston.
