Karlande Designs

I use different media for my designs: including beach glass; gemstones; Swarovski crystals; sterling silver components; polymer clay; pounded metals; bone and horn beads.
My main passion is the beach glass jewellery. I pick up pieces of sea glass (many from the Placentia area, including Merasheen Island). These pieces are then gently tumbled to bring out their natural beauty. They are then either wrapped in sterling silver or drilled and fastened with sterling silver bails.
