Gypsy Theatre

For the past 20 years Gypsy Theatre has been serving patrons in the Niagara Region focusing on family entertainment. Gypsy Theatre opened the SENECA QUEEN Theatre located on the beautifully rejuvenated old downtown ~ Queen Street, Niagara Falls. Together with Historic Niagara Gypsy Theatre has worked tirelessly at restoring a timeless theatre and bringing back the memories of yesteryear. This newly refurbished theatre seats 327 patrons, is fully accessible, and is open from April through to January each year. Performances currently run 4 times a week (Thursdays through Sunday).
The reaction across the Region has been incredibly supportive with glowing reports coming from all levels of government (Municipal, Regional, Provincial and Federal.) The general population of the region has rejoiced in the opening of Niagara’s own professional reparatory theatre. Audiences are flocking to see the new theatre and its presentations.
With the newly expanded GO train into Niagara Falls (landing 4 mins from the theatre) patrons from Toronto and surrounding areas are coming to the region to discover all we have to offer.
We are proud to list the 2009 season. The productions were carefully chosen from shows that have had long histories on Broadway and in the West End in London England.
