Local visitor attractions include Osisko Lake and Fountain, the City Hall as well as downtown Rouyn-Noranda. Rouyn-Noranda is a city on Osisko Lake in northwestern Quebec, Canada. Lake Osisko is 3 km long, and 3 km wide. The city of Rouyn-Noranda is on its western shore. The lake is a recreational area, surrounded by trails and a bike path.
Since 1982, the city has been host to the International Cinema Festival of Abitibi-Témiscamingue and since 2003, the host of the Emerging Music Festival in Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
